1. How fast is your turnaround time?

Most first drafts for short form content are delivered within 1–2 business days, and revisions within 24 hours. Larger or more complex projects may take longer, but we’ll always set clear expectations up front.

2. How many Videos do I get a month ?
You can submit as many videos as you want each month — we’ll add them to your queue and edit them one by one, continuously, for as long as your subscription is active.

3. Do you offer unlimited revisions?

Yes — revisions are unlimited within the active project timeline. Our goal is to get it right, not nickel-and-dime you for changes.

4. What software do you use?

We work primarily in DaVinci Resolve (Edit, Color, Fairlight) and Adobe After Effects, with Avid Media Composer available upon request.

5. Can you edit videos of any length?

Yes, especially with our PRO-KREATE — there are no hard video length limits. Note that longer run times and raw footage will extend delivery timelines.

6. What’s included in your editing service?

We source licensed music, unlimited stock footage, and can add AI captions and social cutdowns on request. We also include animated lower thirds and other enhancements.

7. What isn’t included?

We don’t record voiceovers, screen captures, or write scripts from scratch. Complex animation, heavy VFX, advanced sound design, or high-end broadcast compliant assets may require specialized arrangements.

8. What could delay my project?

Delays usually come from large raw footage uploads (50GB+), unclear instructions, extensive revision notes, or higher-complexity edits (multi-cam sync, footage repairs, etc.).

9. Can I submit multiple projects at once?

Yes — multiple submissions create a queue. Once one project is approved, we’ll move to the next.

10. Do unused hours roll over?

No, unused hours don’t roll over. We encourage clients to fully use their package allotment each month.

11. What are your working hours?

Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST
